Glass Tempering

Involves heating the glass to a high temperature and then rapidly cooling it. This process increases the strength of the glass and makes it safer by causing it to break into small, relatively harmless pieces when shattered. Recommended for shower doors, glass tables, and certain building applications.

Edge Polishing & Beveling

Finishing processes applied to the edges of glass enhance their appearance, safety, and functionality. Our vertical automated edge polishers accommodate large-size glass, rapid cycle times and considerable processing capacity. We offer flat polishing, bevel edges, and mitered edges on glass thickness of ⅛” – ¾”.

Notching & Drilling Holes

Our CNC machinery allows for the creation of complex and intricate designs with high accuracy. These processes involve precision cutting and shaping of glass to accommodate specific design requirements. This can be fabricated on products such as shower doors, glass railings, tabletops, etc.

Water Jet & CNC Cutting

Water jet cutting is known for its ability to provide precise cuts without causing thermal stress or leaving behind rough edges, guaranteeing fine and smooth edges. Our multi-pro CNC system ensures precise and automated creation of complex and precise cuts in glass sheets.

Diamon Fusion

A patented protective coating technology for glass surfaces, creating a permanent seal that transforms ordinary glass into a repellent surface which is designed to enhance glass performance and durability. This coating protects glass from stains and makes it easier to clean.

Laminated Glass

Safety glass consists of two or more layers of glass bonded with an interlayer material. When laminated glass breaks, the interlayer holds the broken glass fragments together, reducing the risk of injury from sharp shards. This process also works with bent and flat glass products.

Sandblasting

This technique is used to create decorative patterns, frosted designs, or textured finishes on glass. Sandblasting removes certain portions of the glass surface, leaving behind a frosted or etched appearance. This process is commonly used in various applications, including decorative glassware, architectural glass, signage, and more.

Insulated Glass Units

Commonly used in windows and doors to improve energy efficiency, thermal performance, and sound insulation. Consists of two or more glass panes separated by a spacer and sealed together to form a single unit. We can fabricate thickness from 1/2” –1-1/4” “1” – 2-1/4” for double insulated glass. For triple laminated glass, 1” – 2-1/4”.

Bent Glass

Bent glass, also known as curved or curved glass, refers to glass that has been shaped or formed into a curved or bent configuration. This process is used to create glass elements with specific designs, aesthetics, or functional properties.
